How to UPGRADE to Open Foris Arena Mobile 2
With the launch of Arena Mobile 2, we encourage all users to transition from the old Arena Mobile app to the new and improved version. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth switch:
1️⃣ Submit Your Data
Before making the switch, ensure all your collected data is submitted to the Arena Server to avoid any data loss.
2️⃣ Verify Your Data Upload
Double-check that your data has been successfully uploaded to the Arena Server before uninstalling the old app.
3️⃣ Uninstall Arena Mobile (Old Version)
Once your data is safely stored on the server, uninstall the previous version of Arena Mobile from your device.
4️⃣ Install Arena Mobile 2
Download and install Open Foris Arena Mobile 2 from your app store.
5️⃣ Log In to Arena Mobile 2
Use your existing credentials to log in to the new app.
6️⃣ Restore Your Survey
Re-download the survey you were using previously from the Arena Server to continue your work seamlessly.

  • The old Arena Mobile app will no longer be available for new users on the Play Store but will remain functional for existing users for a limited time.
  • If you prefer to continue using the old app, you can do so, but no further support will be provided.
  • This transition only affects the mobile app – everything else related to Arena remains unchanged.
